The product was enriched with the patented and only 4th generation Quatrefolic® folate ((6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt)
Ingredients: Choline, Pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Niacin (nicotinic acid), Inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) , bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), folate ((6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin (D-biotin), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in a dose above 10 mg may cause a mild tingling sensation and numbness.
Recommended daily intake necessary to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is recommended to use a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
