An extremely valuable oil which we extract by cold-pressing of hemp seeds. The highest quality of raw material used for extrusion and modern technology allowed us to produce oil that has won recognition of our customers.
This oil is appreciated both for its optimal fatty acid composition and for its taste, which offers many culinary options.

Hemp seed oil is characterized by:
– high content of omega-3 fatty acids (18 g / 100 g)
– high unsaturated fat content (88 g / 100 g)
What deserves special attention is the almost ideal proportion of omega-6 : omega-3 fatty acids (3:1). Maintaining an optimal proportion of these acids in the diet is very important because too much omega 6 causes inflammation in the body.
Linoleic acid (LA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) help maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs with an intake of 10 g LA per day and 2 g ALA a day.
Maintaining a healthy state of health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
This oil has a delicate, characteristic taste and smell. Due to the fact that it is a 100 % natural product, the taste, colour and smell of the oil may vary from batch to batch.
It is not recommended to heat the oil.
Suggested serving is 3 teaspoons / day.

Storage:
It is important that the oil is stored in a dark, cool place, and after opening in the fridge. At low temperatures, the oil can start to solidify and become cloudy. It is a natural process, fully reversible, not affecting the quality of the product.
