Why do we use spring water?

Everything that the water contains, remains in the pasta after drying it. Using spring water ensures the highest quality of the product and a great taste.


Preparation:

Boil a large amount of water, so that the pasta can move around (4-5 litres). Add salt, also optionally some vegetable oil. Add pasta to the boiling water slowly, to not interrupt the boiling process (bubbling). Mix and cook until soft, 5-12 minutes. Al dente in 3-4 minutes. Do not exceed maximum cooking time, as the pasta is gluten free and is not as sticky as gluten containing products. Strain, rinse with warm water and enjoy your lovely pasta! Bon appetit!
